Training

High Value Treats
I like to use these as my higher value treats. It's easy to pick off rice-sized pieces to extend the life of the treat! My favorite flavors to use are the Duck Duck Goose and the Salmon/Cod, but any of the flavors are great.
Long Leash for Training Recall
I recommend a long leash for recall training. 20 or 25 feet is perfect. Be advised that this is not a leash for your regular out-and-about activities! There's a recommended 6-foot leash in my Out & About section, so make sure to check that out as well.
Treat Pouch
I love this treat pouch! It clips easily to the handler, it has a nice big section to keep a good amount of treats, and I like to use the zippered section for my high-value treats to keep them separate from the regular ones.

Out & About

Soft Harness For Small Dogs
This is a good harness for a small dog! Make sure to take your dog's measurements before picking a size.
6 Foot Leash With Traffic Handle
For everyday walks, I like to use a 6-foot leash with a traffic handle. This one is durable and comes in lots of fun colors!
6 Foot Nylon Puppy Leash
If you prefer a thinner, lighter leash, this is a great option. It comes in lots of thicknesses and colors to choose from.
Harness For Adult Dogs
This is the harness I'd use for an adult dog. It has a front clip and a back clip and it's well-designed. Kurgo makes great products! This one also comes with a car seatbelt clip, which I have as a separate product recommendation below.
Poop Bags
If you're going to be out and about, make sure to clean up after your little buddy! These are the poop bags that I use - and I go through a LOT of poop bags.
Puppy Car Seat
This is the car seat I like to use for puppies and small dogs. For an adult dog, or a puppy who is too big for the car seat, I recommend a seatbelt clip which I have a separate recommendation for below.
Seat Belt Loop
To keep your dog safe in the car, I recommend using a seatbelt clip! This is what I use for my personal dogs, and my dog walking clients.
First Aid Kit
I like to keep a first aid kit in the car, especially if I'm going camping or hiking. You never know what could happen on an adventure, and it's good to be prepared!

Around the House

Dog Crate
**Use discount code MLD21!**
I love the Diggs Revol Crate! It's sturdy, it has a lot of fun features, and it looks super nice. They have a few colors to choose from. Make sure to get the right size for your dog, and to condition your dog to enjoy being in the crate.
Budget Dog Crate
This crate has mixed reviews online, but I have four of these in my house and I don't have any issues. I love them! They're a great price and they get the job done. Make sure to get the right size for your dog, and to condition your dog to enjoy being in the crate.
Dog Bed
This is my favorite dog bed! I have five of these in my house because I love them so much. They are comfy, easy to clean, and have lasted a very long time with my two big husky mixes!
Puppy Kongs
I LOVE using Kongs. They are a versatile toy! It's fun to stuff them full of food and freeze them for an extra challenge for your dogs. These puppy Kongs are the ones I use for Puppy Head Start! They're great for puppy teeth.
Regular Kong
This is the Kong I use for adult dogs. It's made of tougher material so it lasts longer, and there's less chance that your dog will break pieces off and swallow them. Make sure to pick the correct size for your dog!
Kong Wobbler
It's my belief that meal times should be fun if possible, and the Kong Wobbler is one of my favorite tools for that! Add a little extra challenge for your dog by putting their kibble in the Wobbler and letting them work for their food!
Slow Feed Puzzle Bowl
Another great way to make meal time fun is by having a puzzle bowl for your dog. This also slows down their eating if they tend to eat their food to quickly!
Slow Feeder Puzzle Mat
This is a fun alternative to a puzzle bowl. Don't be afraid to get creative and switch things up for your dog every once in a while!
Water Dispenser Bowl
I use this water bowl for my dogs. It holds plenty of water, it's easy to clean, and you don't have to fill it as often.
Bully Sticks
Every dog loves a good bully stick! They're tasty and fun to chew. Be sure to always supervise your dog with any toy, especially a chew toy like this.
Tuffy Toy
Tuffy is a great brand for dogs who love to chew on their toys! It is a lot more durable than your average toy, so it's longer-lasting. As always, supervise your dog when they're playing with toys!

Grooming

Microfiber Towel
Get your dog warm, comfy, and dry after a bath or a swim!
Shampoo
Buddy wash is a great, gentle shampoo for  your dog. And it smells fantastic.
Ear Cleaner
Ear cleaner is a necessary part of grooming, especially if your dog has floppy ears! It helps keep bacteria at bay.
